Day 1:

•  Air travel from home cities to Baltimore, MD

•  Participants to be met by uniformed TenDot Travel staff.  Staff will assist participants to transportation.

    •  Luggage assistance provided by airport skycaps with all gratuities handled by TenDot staff.

•  Transfer to the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.

    •  Twenty-five minute transfer via private air-conditioned motor coaches.

•  Arrive at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.

    •  Participants will enter the hotel from the front lobby and will be directed to a private satellite check-in by
       TenDot Travel staff.

•  300 Pre-keyed rooms at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.  Hotel keys to display association logo for
   branding purposes.

    •  Participants will receive room keys, welcome packet, agenda and name badges for the program. 
       All participants will re-confirm sessions at this time.

•  Suite Upgrades to be provided for Board Members.

•  Afternoon Board Meeting

    •  TenDot Travel staff to assist with all audio visual, food and beverage and meeting management.

•  Evening at leisure for non-board members.

Day 2:

•  Morning Breakfast Buffet

    •  Seasonal cubed fruits with whole berries and honey lime yogurt, fresh bakery selections and multiple fresh
       squeezed juices.

•  General Session

    •  All A/V and production coordinated by TenDot Corporate Travel.

•  Corporate Exhibit Hall to Open

    •  TenDot Corporate Travel to faciliate all exhibitors needs and requirements.

•  Lunch Buffet

    •  Smoked Red Pepper Caesar Salad; Chicken Mediterranean, Tiramisu

•  General Session

•  President's Awards Dinner at Roy's

    •  Attendees to experience of of the hottest fusion restaurants in Baltimore white enjoying a specially selected
       menu and drinks.

Day 3:

•  Breakfast Buffet

    •  A wide selection of seasonal fruits and juices, farm fresh scrambled eggs, hickory smoked sausage and
       bacon, and a selection of homemade pastries.

•  General Session

•  Deli Buffet

    •  Tomato Rosemary Soup, Mesclun Greens with Tomatoes, Cucumbers, and Croutons, Create Your
       Own Sandwich

•  Break-out Sessions

    •  TenDot Corporate Travel to coordinate meeting space requirements and other needs.

•  Gala Events - Ixia Lounge

    •  Baltimore's hottest and unique new restaurant, lounge and bar.  Ixia reflects the philosophy that life at its most
       basic level is clean, pure and beautifully simplistic.

    •  Site, menu selection, decor and transportation to be handled by TenDot Corporate Travel.

    •  Time to collaborate, forge new relationships and celebrate the last year's success.

Day 4:

    •  A variety of fruit, yogurt and granola along with made to order omelette and Belgian waffle stations.

•  General Session

•  Box Lunch - Vascular Jeopardy

•  Poster Session

    •  Attendees to review and comment on their colleagues' research.

•  General Session

•  Evening on Own
