Program Details

The Federal Fly-In Program is a comprehensive, powerful networking and educational opportunity organized and operated by TenDot Corporate Travel in cooperation with ACCE. The program brings together chamber members in Washington, D.C. for two nights and three days. During this time, chamber members will have unique and exclusive opportunities to network and meet directly with the political leaders who help shape our nation’s public policy. It is a great way for chamber members to become educated on various government policies, discover how these policies can affect their businesses, and most importantly, receive a platform from which they can discuss these policies directly with political leadership. All the details of travel, from transportation, hotel and meeting arrangements to security and VIP treatment are handled completely by TenDot. All chamber members need to worry about is networking, lobbying, and becoming educated!

How Does the Program Work?

1. Chamber executives call TenDot regarding the Federal Fly-In Program.

2. TenDot leads chamber executives through the step-by-step Federal Fly-In process. Chambers select which level of experience they’d like to offer their members, ranging from the standard program to the complete “roll out the red carpet” experience. Chambers can customize the program to their own interests, membership, and budget.

3. That’s it! Chambers sell the program back to their members while TenDot coordinates all the arrangements.
