Day 1:• Participants depart home cities to Las Vegas McCarran Airport.
• Participants to be met by uniformed TenDot Corporate Travel staff.
• Staff will then assist with baggage and lead participants to waiting transportation.
• Transfer to The Mirage Hotel and Casino.
• Fifteen minute transfer via private air-conditioned sedans and vans.
• Arrive at The Mirage Hotel and Casino
• Participants will enter the hotel from the front lobby and will be directed to a private satellite check in by
the on-site TenDot Corporate travel Associates.
• Participants will receive room keys, a welcome packet and program agenda. Pre-selected activities will
be re-confirmed.
• Suite Upgrade for President/Executive Team
• Afternoon at Leisure
• Participants are free to explore their surroundings and take advantage of all that Las Vegas has to offer.
• TenDot Travel staff to assist with activities, reservations and transportation needs.
• Welcome reception/dinner at Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas.
• The Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is an exact replica of its namesake in Munich, Germany
• Exclusive Private Beer Garden reserved for group dinner.
• Passed Bavarian Hors d’oeuvres
• Traditional costumed Bavarian band to play throughout the evening.
• Guest are invited to sit for a traditional Bavarian feast, which is served “Family Style”
• Participants are encouraged to reconnect with their co-workers and enjoy a relaxing evening with great food
and drinks.
Day 2:
• Saturday morning Breakfast Buffet• Participants enjoy a wide selection of seasonal fruits and juices, farm fresh scrambled eggs, hickory smoked
sausage, bacon, and a selection of homemade pastries in a private room.
• Half day Business Meeting/General Session
• All A/V and production coordinated by TenDot Corporate Travel.
• At the conclusion of the business meeting, optional tours are available with all transportation and tour guides
arranged by TenDot Corporate Travel.
• Helicopter tours of the famed Las Vegas Strip; Hoover Dam Tour; “Behind the Scenes” tour of casino/hotel;
Private blackjack lesions and other casino games explained by casino staff.
• Saturday night dinner at Ghost Bar (Located in the Palms Casino)
• Experience of the hottest restaurants on the Strip while enjoying a specially selected menu and drinks.
• Group departs from the front entrance of The Palms for a night of Las Vegas entertainment.
• Cirque du Soliel Show “Love”, Blue Man Group, or tickets for other Vegas performances can be arranged.
• All transportation and reservations to be coordinated by TenDot Corporate Travel.
Day 3:
• Sunday Breakfast Buffet• Participants enjoy a wide selection of seasonal fruits and juices, a made-to-order omelet station, pancakes,
hickory smoked sausage, bacon and a selection of homemade pastries in a private room.
• Afternoon at Leisure
• Company can arrange a cash allowance for participants to be distributed by TenDot Corporate Travel staff.
• Travel staff available at hospitality desk to assist with activity suggestions, reservations, or
transportation needs.
• Sunday Award Dinner/Gala Evening at the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris Casino.
• Time to recognize all of your top performers.
• Themed décor is arranged to enhance the evening’s experience and also to unveil the following year’s
conference location and theme.
• EXCITEMENT is the key for this night.
Day 4:
• Monday: Departures• Participants to be met by uniformed TenDot corporate Travel staff in hotel lobby. Staff will assist participants
with collection of their luggage from the bellman and show them to waiting transportation.
• Transfer to McCarran International Airport.
• Luggage assistance at airport provided by airport skycaps with all gratuities handled by TenDot Corporate
Travel staff.
