Day 1:

  • Board private charter plane to San Francisco international airport – TenDot to provide fine cuisine on board, flight attendants, pilots and plane

  • Arrive in San Francisco where you will be personally greeted by TenDot staff and taken to your limo transfer to the Villagio Hotel and Spa in Napa

  • Upon arrival you will be met by a TenDot staff member and escorted directly to your suite. 

    As you get settled in your elegant surroundings you will enjoy a bottle of wine and a fruit and cheese sampling. 

  • After relaxing for a while you will join the rest of your colleagues for a Welcome Reception in the Barrel Room where a Jazz Trio will entertain and the acoustics will impress everyone

  • Following dinner all guest will return to their rooms for a little peace and quiet while they soak in a freshly prepared specialty bath


Day 2:

  • A delightful Breakfast Buffet will be provided for all guests

  • 1st official board meeting will occur in the beautiful Sonoma Room with breathtaking views of the valley following breakfast. Meeting will be complete with all audiovisual equipment and TenDot staff member for any assistance

  • All spouses will indulge in an exquisite spa treatment

  • We will reconvene at Noon and depart to Clos Pegas Winery for a picnic lunch on the gorgeous manicured grounds

  • The afternoon will consist of a Winery Tour in deluxe transportation with Napa Valley guides to answer questions and to provide you with more details

  • For those who wish to explore local courses instead, golf tee times are also available

  • Upon completion of the winery tour you will be given a cash allowance to dine at your choice of five star restaurants. A limo transfer will await you


Day 3:

  • Get Up… Literally as we go hot air ballooning over the Napa and Sonoma valleys and enjoy a five star champagne brunch

  • After your highflying adventure we will head to Ravenswood Winery for a customized wine making course.  You will be given different varietals and will be able to create your own wine to take home and share with those not able to make the trip

  • Following our winemaking course you will have some time at leisure for shopping, relaxing, or another winery tour

  • As a group we will gather in the lobby at 7:00 pm for a one-of-a-kind Dinner Experience at the Culinary Institute of America

  • Upon return to the hotel, guests will find a hand numbered Wine Lithograph in their rooms, which will be shipped to their place of residence as a memento of their Napa Valley Experience


Day 4:

  • No alarms needed today - Wake up with Breakfast in Bed

  • There will be a Shopping Shuttle, spa appointments, and tee-times available for spouses

  • 2nd official board meeting complete with all audiovisual equipment and TenDot staff member

  • A plated lunch will take place within the meeting room allowing you to continue your discussions and decision-making.

  • The final night dinner will be a wonderful memory in and of itself aboard the Napa Valley Wine Train – This experience is truly spectacular and will keep your board members reminiscing for years to come

  • Room Amenity of Wine – which, will be shipped home by the on-site Ted Dot Staff


Day 5:

  • Gather together for one last five star meal as we dine outdoors for breakfast
  • At a leisurely pace we will board the limo transfer and return to San Francisco
  • We will board our private charter and depart to our home city
