Four Days/Three Nights

Day 1

• Airfare from Home cities to Las Vegas McCarran Airport

• Participants to be met by uniformed TenDot Travel staff.  Staff will then assist participants to transportation. 
  
  • Luggage assistance provided by airport skycaps with all gratuities handled by TenDot staff

• Transfer to The Hotel at Mandalay Bay
  • Fifteen minute transfer via private air-conditioned sedans and vans

• Arrive The Hotel at Mandalay Bay
  • Participants will enter the hotel from the front lobby and will be directed to a private satellite check in by TenDot Travel staff.

• 20 Pre-keyed rooms at The Hotel at Mandalay Bay
  • Participants will receive room keys, welcome packet, and agenda for the program.  All participants will re-confirm activities at this time.

• Suite Upgrade for President/Executive

• Afternoon at Leisure    
  • Participants are free to explore their surroundings and take advantage of all that Las Vegas has to offer.  
  • TenDot Travel staff to assist with activities, reservations, and transportation needs.

• Welcome reception @ Red Room
  • Pre-selected Vodkas to be passed
  • Exclusive access to The Freezer for a truly unique vodka experience
  • Passed Russian Hors d’hourves
  • Three piece band to play throughout the evening
  • Participants are encouraged to reconnect with their co-workers and enjoy a relaxed evening with great food and drinks

Day 2

• Saturday Morning Breakfast Buffet
  • A wide selection of seasonal fruits and juices, farm fresh scrambled eggs, hickory smoked sausage and bacon, and selection of homemade     pastries.

• General Session – State of the Company
  • All A/V and production coordinated by TenDot Corp Travel

• Saturday Afternoon Activities
  • Helicopter Tours of the famed Las Vegas Strip -Hoover Dam Tour, “Behind the Scenes” tour of Casino/hotel,
  • Private blackjack lessons and other casino games explained by casino staff
  • All Transportation and guides provided by TenDot Travel

• Saturday Dinner at Rum Jungle
  • Come experience one of the hottest restaurants on the Strip while enjoying a specially selected menu and drinks

• Saturday Night after dinner
  • Group departs from the front entrance of The Hotel for a night of Las Vegas entertainment.
  • Cirque du Soliel Show, Blue Man Group, and tickets for other Vegas Performance can be arranged
  • All transportation and reservations to be handled by TenDot Travel.

Day 3

• Sunday Breakfast Buffet
  • A wide selection of seasonal fruits and juices, farm fresh scrambled eggs, hickory smoked sausage and bacon, and selection of homemade     pastries.
    

• Afternoon at Leisure – Company can provide a cash allowance for participants to be distributed by TenDot staff
  • Travel staff to be on hand to assist with any ideas for activities, reservations, or transportation needs.

• Sunday Awards Dinner
  • Time to recognize all of your excellent performers
    
  • A themed décor can be arranged to announce the winners and also to unveil the following year’s conference location and theme.
  • EXCITEMENT is the key for this night.

Day 4

• Monday:  Departures
